About Me

Even though I grew up in the Northeast, I had many of my most formative experiences under the Texas sun. I grew up with travel-loving parents who have a deep appreciation for the arts. So, from a young age, I ventured to different countries and saw some of the most beautiful art and architecture.

Nothing captures the human experience the way art does, and I learned early that the things we create hold value, no matter how small. From the movie theater I crafted for my Littlest Pet Shop pets out of a petit four box to the Aardman-inspired stop motions of Legos I took with my mom’s old camera, I’ve known since single-digits that I wanted to make art. Stumbling into theater at my Texas summer camp just solidified which kind.

This is all a small part of how I found myself studying acting at The University of Texas at Austin despite being a born n' raised Yankee. That, and I was destined to be a fourth-generation Longhorn after hearing the way my dad and grandfather talked about their beloved alma mater!

Traveling both with my family and to a far-off camp every summer taught me that inspiration often lies beyond the familiar. Acting allows me to continue my “travels” into the characters I play to create something new and exciting—no passport required.
